All products and parts manufactured by Zbroz carry only the warranty stated below. Any perceived warranties expressed or implied by any other source is not valid and will not be honored by Zbroz Racing. Our warranty does not cover damaged items due to improper installation or the willful destruction of the product. We do not warranty items that were damaged due to a crash or irregular impact. (ROLLING, IMPACTS WITH SOLID OBJECTS, TREES OR LARGE ROCKS) Damage caused by other products failing is not covered in this warranty. This warranty is only valid to the original owner, and a sales order, receipt, or invoice will be required to process the warranty.
Zbroz Racing products are covered by a lifetime manufacture defect warranty for the original owner with proof of purchase. This warranty covers any defects related to the manufacture of the product. If the submitted warranty claim is covered under the Zbroz Racing warranty, we will replace or repair the product free of charge. Only original Zbroz Racing workmanship and unmodified products are covered by this warranty.
Zbroz Racing LLC does not warranty wear items including but not limited to: reducers; sleeves; pins; ball joints; bushings; seals; and O-rings. However, replacements parts are available for purchase.
At ZBROZ, we stand behind the quality and performance of every EXIT Shock we build. We’re proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that reflects our commitment to American craftsmanship, durability, and rider confidence.
This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship, including premature wear or leaking seals, for the original purchaser under normal use and service conditions.
If your EXIT Shocks experience a defect or performance issue within 90 days of purchase, ZBROZ will provide a replacement shock at no cost to the customer.
If a shock develops leaking seals or internal failure due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months or 1,000 miles, ZBROZ will perform a warranty service/rebuild at no cost for parts and labor (customer is responsible for inbound shipping).
Shocks that leak or show wear after 12 months or beyond 1,000 miles are considered part of normal scheduled maintenance. These are not covered under warranty, but can be serviced through ZBROZ’s regular rebuild and maintenance program.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
Improper installation or modification of any kind.
Damage from racing, competition, or commercial use.
Cosmetic wear, corrosion, or normal environmental exposure.
Labor, removal, installation, or shipping costs outside of approved warranty claims.
Contact ZBROZ Customer Service before returning any product.
Provide proof of purchase to validate your claim.
ZBROZ will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide shipping instructions.
Once inspected, ZBROZ will determine eligibility and repair, rebuild, or replace the shock as outlined in this policy.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
ZBROZ’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, rebuild, or replacement of the product. ZBROZ is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, labor costs, or transportation expenses.
