ZBROZ RACING – Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Zbroz Racing is committed to maintaining the integrity of our brands, the value of our products, and fair competition among all authorized dealers and wholesale customers. To ensure this, Zbroz Racing has adopted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for all Zbroz products.

1. Purpose

This MAP Policy is designed to:

Protect the reputation and brand value of Zbroz Racing products.
Encourage fair competition among all authorized dealers and wholesale customers.
Maintain consistent pricing across all sales channels.

2. Policy Overview

Authorized dealers and wholesale customers may not advertise or list Zbroz Racing products below the current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as published by Zbroz Racing.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Online stores, marketplaces, and websites (including Amazon, eBay, and others).
Social media platforms and sponsored ads.
Print advertising, catalogs, or email campaigns.
Price listings visible to the public prior to checkout.

3. What Constitutes Advertising Below MAP

Examples of policy violations include:

Displaying prices lower than MSRP.
Offering coupons, discounts, or rebates that reduce the advertised price below MSRP.
Using “add to cart for lower price” or similar tactics to conceal below-MSRP pricing.
Publicly offering bundled discounts that effectively reduce the price below MSRP.

4. Enforcement

Zbroz Racing actively monitors advertised pricing across all channels.
Violations of this MAP Policy may result in:

Suspension of wholesale pricing privileges.
Termination of dealer or wholesale account.
Removal from Zbroz Racing’s authorized dealer listing.

Zbroz Racing reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.

5. Policy Changes

Zbroz Racing may update MSRP pricing and/or revise this MAP Policy at any time. Dealers will be notified of any changes in writing or via email.

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing and reselling Zbroz Racing products, all authorized dealers and wholesale customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this MAP Policy.
