On-Machine Alignment Made Easy: ZBROZ Intense Series Upper Radius Rods for RZR Pro R & Turbo R

If you’ve ever had to mess with the alignment or camber on a Polaris RZR Pro R or Turbo R, you already know what a massive headache traditional radius rods can be. Unbolting heim joints, twisting them a couple turns, bolting them back up, checking your measurements, and repeating the whole cycle until it’s right can turn a simple adjustment into a two-hour ordeal.

In ZBROZ Racing’s latest video, Nate from ZBROZ breaks down their Intense Series Upper Radius Rods—and shows off a feature that makes setting your rear camber dead simple.

The Real Upgrade: Adjusting Camber Right on the Machine

The coolest part about these Intense Series upper radius rods is their single-point adjustment mechanism.

Instead of taking the whole rod off the machine just to spin a heim joint, ZBROZ built a clever setup that lets you adjust everything in place:

  • Dual Allen Pinch Bolts: Two clamp bolts lock the sleeve tight so nothing slips when you're hammering through rough terrain.

  • Inner Threaded Sleeve: Uses right-hand and left-hand threads so turning the sleeve moves the joint smoothly in or out.

  • One Single Adjustment Point: You just loosen those pinch bolts and turn the inner sleeve with a wrench. Twist it one way to lengthen the rod; twist it the other to shorten it.

Because you’re only turning that internal sleeve, you don't have to unbolt the radius rod from the wheel hub or frame to set your camber.

How to Dial It In

Adjusting your rear wheel alignment with these rods is about as straightforward as it gets:

  1. Loosen the Pinch Bolts: Grab an Allen wrench and back off the two pinch bolts clamping the rod end.

  2. Turn the Sleeve: Spin the threaded sleeve using a wrench (or ZBROZ’s handy adjustment tool) to adjust the rod length.

  3. Lock It Back Down: Once your camber numbers are right where you want them, torque the Allen pinch bolts back down and you're good to go.

You can do this right on the vehicle with the tires on if you have the ZBROZ tool. If not, just pop the rear wheel off and grab a standard crescent wrench.

Built to Take a Beating

Beyond the smart adjustment design, these rods are absolute units. Precision-machined to handle the brutal horsepower and long suspension travel of the Pro R and Turbo R chassis, they give you way more rigidity and strength than stock sheet-metal parts.

If you're tuning your suspension after adding a lift, prepping for race day, or just tired of dealing with bent factory radius rods, the ZBROZ Intense Series gives you bulletproof strength with adjustments that actually make sense.
